2. Check the proportion of the prepared flocculation agent, water and electricity, and rectify it in time if there is any problem in use; after the equipment is installed, the pipe fittings are connected, the installation work is completed, and the next step is to debug.

3. Do a small test first to see the flocculation, and adjust the appropriate ratio of sludge and chemicals until a large flocculent alum flower appears, and the small test is over; after the equipment is powered on, perform an idling operation to check whether there is any abnormality, about two to three hours That's it.

4. Start the equipment and start to feed the mud, gradually try the proportion of the agent and the sludge to see if the flocculation is good, if the sludge is too thick and the flocculation is not good, you can dilute it with water and then flocculate, and cooperate with the installer in time.

5. After debugging, learn the equipment operation process with the installer, conduct one-on-one training, master the equipment operation process and use skills, prohibit private debugging and operation of equipment, and pay attention to installation and debugging matters.
