Precautions for operation of volute screw press sludge dehydrator

1. Before starting up, confirm whether the power supply is on and whether the valve of the sludge pump dosing pump is open.
2. Manual startup sequence: main drive, mixer, solenoid valve, dosing pump, sludge pump.
3. Shutdown sequence: Stop the dosing pump, sludge pump, and stop the main drive, mixer, and solenoid valve after 20 minutes.
4. Automatic start-up: Turn the screw stacker to automatic, and give a start signal from the remote end, and the system will automatically start up in sequence. When the start signal stops, the screw stacker will stop the sludge pump and the dosing pump first, and after 15-30 minutes (Time adjustable) Stop the main drive, mixer, solenoid valve.
5. The operation of the solenoid valve is intermittent during normal operation, and it is opened for 10 seconds every 10 minutes (time adjustable).
6. Make sure to extend the shutdown of the main drive for more than 15 minutes after each shutdown. When shutting down for a long time, please discharge the sludge from the conditioning tank and rinse the dehydrator clean.
